The best option when doing demolition work during renovating is to rent a container, rolloff or dumpster. Superior Waste offers delivery of rolloffs to your home, so that during a renovation project you have a convenient place to put all of the waste. Pricing for demo work includes, 10 yarder is up to 1 ton, 15 yarder is up to 2 tons, 20 yarder is up to 3 tons, 25 yarder is up to 3.5 tons and a 30 yarder is up to 4 tons on a 2-week rental. Billed at a rate of $20 per week after the first 2 weeks.
For House Clean and Junk Removal
When doing a house clean out most people (7 out of 10) order a 15 yard dumpster, everone else orders a 20 yard dumpster. When doing a house clean out the price is a flat $350 for a 15 yarder and $425 for a 20 yarder. The Dumpster can stay at your property for 10 days. No additional charge for Washing Machines, Dryers, Refrigerators, Air Conditioners, Mattresses, Couches, Recliners, TV’s, Computer Monitors, Tires, Paint, Propane Tanks, Etc!!
